The AMKO APD series is designed for automatic towel folding and stacking, offering flexible folding combinations and integrated sorting capabilities. It supports various towel sizes and ensures efficient and consistent processing.
Key Features
The machine performs two lengthwise reverse folds, followed by a cross-fold with stacking. It supports multiple folding combinations, including one or two longitudinal folds or a French fold with stacking. Different models are available, with specialized versions supporting inward and outward corner folding. Selective models are equipped with dual or triple stackers for automatic towel sorting.
Technology & Design
The system is equipped with a PLC control system and display panel, which automatically configures the correct folding program for different towel types. The standard machine includes a return conveyor, with an optional collection conveyor for flexible operation. Certain models can handle towels up to 2400 mm in length.
